Very clean quiet and comfortable room with ensuite for a very reasonable price. Host, Ben, was friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Great free pancakes for breakfast and very friendly residents. Easy access for us, as seniors, and short walk to bus stop to access downtown and the river views. Brilliantly set up kitchen with TV lounge next door and excellent wifi signal. Free parking off the road was a bonus.

Having a late check in was made easy!
Got double charged!
Staff unprofessional, bringing in people who weren’t guests after a night out.
Not a great spot for backpackers - seemed people lived there more than visiting for a few nights.
