Excellent staff, great location and very clean facilities. Breakfast was a daily treat - being able to enjoy it right by the ocean made it so much better. Really personable and friendly staff that made me feel like home. Great pool and bar and just a nice place to relax

All of the staff were really really lovely and helpful, they helped with our bags, when we had an issue with one of our bikes and always offered friendly conversation. The room was large, was close to the center (but not too close), and the TV was great with Netflix and Amazon Prime provided.

We booked this as we wanted a place with a pool that provided breakfast; upon arrival we were told that the pool and restaurant were closed, we were given 220,000 rupiah as a refund for breakfast, but the price of the room we booked roughly 1,050,000 rupiah (after the breakfast refund) per night, was not worth it without the pool and included breakfast. The air-con in the room was also not working very well and no matter what setting or how long it was on the room was always hot and humid, the room was not serviced during our stay and there were lots of bugs despite us leaving the windows and door closed - including inside the bed. It was hard to rate this property to poorly as the staff were genuinely lovely, but for the price these issues aren’t excusable, especially given the prices of other - better - properties on the island.
