The staff are fantastic, so personal and friendly, fixed any issues we had immediately. Nice breakfast, lovely pool, nice beach/pool towels provided. Clean rooms, was sceptical about the open shower top and bugs, but there was literally none. Location is nearer to turtle point which was great, but the nice restaurants and sunset bars are the opposite side. We loved Oscar the cat, too.

Hotel location is nice and in a quite neighbourhood, staff was very friendly and attentive to your needs. Property offers laundry and we were very happy with the service. Room is nice and well kept and very spacious. Each room has its private deck chairs near the pool.
Ants come in from the front door because of a small gap. If you shower in the morning you find warm/hot water, in the evening forget it. Breakfast needs improvement.

Wonderful staff, they really make an effort to know each guest. Location was good for us, it was generally quiet and away from the beachfront noise but an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of local good warungs around. We loved Gili T so easy to see the whole island and the hotel was a good choice.
Nothing to dislike. The seating area around the pool is a little off putting as each seat was outside ‘someone else’s’ room. But to be honest the pool area doesn’t get used as most people are at the beach or snorkelling!
