Really friendly staff, both at check-in, breakfast and check-out. I felt very welcome and was actually offered a meal at check in, even if they don't really have a restaurant. I declined, but I appreciated the offer. Genuinely nice people. Comfy bed, nice freezer/fridge and mini-bar in the room. Comfy sofa. I would definitely stay here again if I got the chance in the future.

The breakfast was good. The staff members were polite and nice. The location was good.

The room was quite cold, although the heating was switched on. And the battery in bathroom was totally cold.

Great approach on the evening , I was a last guest at this day , Lady was very charm waiting till late. Breakfast was very tasty with waiter service . Great value for money. A good place for people who value peace.

Quietness, excellent breakfast. There was a maintenance issue with the room we originally booked and despite our later arrival/check in, the matter was dealt with exceptionally by the staff. The manager lady was very kind, polite and handling uncommon situation professionally. It made our stay very relaxing and pleasant.

We arrived just before midnight and Karolina was still there waiting for us. She was really lovely and super understanding about our delays.We only had very short stay but it was the best experience. The breakfast was amazing, and very big porton, fresh and delicios. The room was incredibly beautiful....not to mention the price which was also a super bargain for these facilities. 100000% recomending this place to everyone. Thank you for everything xxx

Stunning views and incredibly clean, cosy room!

So so clean, such friendly staff who speak many languages! Lovely balcony with amazing view of the mountain. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay!

Great location. Spacious large double room with leather sofa in lounge area where you could comfortably watch satellite tv. Large bathroom with bath with shower (no screen or curtain but we are used to this!). Access to the first floor terrace which was like a roof garden. Sun beds for use also! Good breakfast. Haus Treffer has a quirky boutique hotel feel and we loved the relaxing music in the (well stocked) bar area. The multi-lingual manageress is an asset to the company and was amazing - most attentive, friendly and quick to solve any issues you might have. We liked this place so much that we asked to stay another night!

Sehr gutes Frühstück (kein Buffet, da zu diesem Zeitpunkt die Anzahl der Gäste zu gering war). Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame, zuvorkommende Hotel- u. Service Angestellte aus der Slovakei, einfach ein sehr angenehmer Umgang. Kleine Abstriche im Bad, da weder Fenster noch Lüftung vorhanden.
