Welcoming home for a Ligurian beach vacation

The owners gave me a brochure about things to do in the area. This was great and made my stay unforgettable impressive. The location of the apartment was so central that I could walk to most of the attractions, Grotte di Borgio Verezzi, Pietra Liguria old town and Loano. Also the weekly market was just down the street.

I knew there was the train passing right by the house. It was ok, since the windows closed tight but still the train was passing twice an hour right by the house.

excellent reception. due to a misunderstanding of covid rules we needed some guidance that the hosts were very much patiently able to provide. room has an excellent view on the sea and bikes are available to lend out for free.

Perfect off-season vacation by the sea!

Everything! Location, cleanliness, welcoming accomodation by Giusy, Pier and Giulia as the place was veritably family owned and perfect solution for singles like me and families with children and pets.

Olumlu yönler: Otelin konumu çok iyi. Sahile yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz, çevrede birçok kafe ve restoran var. Otopark sorunsuzdu. Buzdolabı büyük ve mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulacak tüm eşyalar mevcut. Yakındaki Basko marketin şarküteri bölümü oldukça başarılı, tavsiye ederim. Çarşıya yürüyerek yaklaşık 15 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor, yürüyüş yolu da keyifli. Ayrıca köpek dostu bir plaja çok yakın ve plaj sahipleri çok nazik ve hayvansever insanlar.

Olumsuz yönler: Ana tren yolu, kaldığımız odanın sadece 10–15 metre ilerisindeydi. Gün içinde geçen trenler oldukça gürültülüydü. Burası tam anlamıyla bir otel hizmeti sunmuyor, daha çok Airbnb tarzı bir konaklama gibi. Temizlik veya çarşaf değişimi gibi hizmetler bulunmuyor.

Super Lage mit direktem Meerblick

Der Balkon mit direkter Aussicht auf das Meer war wunderschön. In weniger als 5 Minuten waren wir am Strand. Die Unterführung unter die Zuggleise und der Straße war weniger als 50 m weg. Gegenüber war ein kleines Café mit dem besten Kaffee ganz Liguriens. Das Appartement war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gab auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Fahrräder - und zwar gute - gibt es umsonst zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben vom Chef Mispeln geschenkt bekommen- frisch vom Baum geerntet. Als Abschiedsgeschenk gab es zudem noch eine Olivenölflasche. Für Hunde- und Katzenliebhaber: Haustier sind hier wirklich willkommen.

Es haben in der Küche ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, wie z. Bsp. ein Messbecher, Müslischalen/Eisbecher, Weingläser, Mikrowellenauflaufform. Das gibt aber nicht mal ein halbes Minus... Da es keinen Aufzug gibt, ist das Appartement nicht für behinderte Personen geeignet.
