It was only 2km from the airport. Was surrounded by restaurants & interesting markets.

Good, basic, clean

Good, basic, clean, modern, budget friendly hotel in good location near beach and restaurants. Large room with coffee/tea making, good storage and a small balcony. Great swimming pool !!!

There is nothing I didn't like as such about this hotel but I have a couple of comments about design and ease of use. Firstly, the balcony was not set up to sit out on. There are no chairs or stools so I had to ask them to bring something so I could sit outside. The bathroom looks great but the design is poor. The shower is over the bath, which is fine, but the screen is fixed which makes it less easy to get in and out. There is a very large recess between the bath and screen and water just pours out onto the floor as you shower soaking the bath mat in minutes. It's a very poor design !

The pool is way too small for the number of rooms. This would be a one night stop over only hotel. Hotel has no character.

Convenient Location but Unpleasant Experience

Nothing in particular.

I was quite disappointed with our stay. The bathtub was difficult to access due to the water guard, which also failed to prevent water from spilling out during showers — the bathroom floor was constantly wet. Just outside the bathroom, there was a half-step with a rough finish. Unfortunately, my son hurt his foot on it. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and made it hard to sleep comfortably. The room furniture looked worn and outdated, quite different from how it appeared in the photos online. On a positive note, the location was very good — just a 5-minute walk from a great beach, which we really enjoyed. Still, the overall experience did not live up to our expectations.

the photos on booking.com are not accurate. swimming pool area looks not inviting. needs an upgrade. we could have stayed at Proud hotel for 200 baht extra, I only realized later. The doorman is lazy and only focuses on his cell phone . The moment you enter the reception area, you get a depressed feeling. All plastic flowers. The receptionist was friendly.

Very comfortable stay in a quiet section of Nai Yang Beach

The room was very large with a balcony that overlooked the pool. There was a very nice bathroom with a tub, a small fridge and a safe. The hotel is in a very quiet area but there are restaurants close by and a 7-11 very close by. The beach is just a few minutes walk away but there are no facilities there however just a 5 minute walk away are multiple restaurants, bars and a few stores. I did have a problem with the shower but it was fixed immediately and worked well all week.

There were two issues although one was age related, my age that is. I found it hard to get in and out of the tub. It's a beautiful tub for soaking but it has a wide edge beside it and, since I'm 5'2" and a senior, I had some difficulty. I think most people would never have a problem. The second issue was with the breakfast. Breakfast was not included in my booking so I paid for breakfast on a few mornings. The breakfast was good but there was no brewed coffee, just packets. This is a nice hotel. I think they should invest in a good coffee maker.

Great value stay, 5 min walk to Nail Yang beach, 1 min walk to 7/11, enjoyed the pool, good wifi and plenty of storage space in the room.

Had booked our daughter an extra bed but when we arrived we were told we couldn't have it until the following day...not great having to share the bed as a family after a long day of travelling.

Close to the airport

Location is near the beach, many restaurants and bars and 5 min Bolt ride to the airport, 7/11 and money exchange around the corner. The downstairs pool is nice and big enough, the room is big and bed is comfortable - good value for money. Staff is friendly and allowed us early check in.

The hotel is old, humid smell in the room, shower is in the bathtub which is really uncomfortable to get in and out, overall very basic but also really cheap.

Wifi really didn’t work, engineer ‘fixed’ many times even said he’d put a new router can but continuously dropped out Instant packet Nescafé coffee at breakfast, not good enough these days, luckily next door had a proper machine All rooms overlooking pool means kids up very early 6.30 ish playing in pool wake everyone up, also prams asked along corridors everywhere creating hazard in case of fire

Good budget hotel

Located close to the Phuket airport and Nai Yang beach. However Phuket Town is around 30km away. The lady at the reception was really very good. Helped arrange a self drive car as well as the day trip to Phi Phi.

Close to the airport

Quick easy airport pick up for our test and go stay. The breakfast was good and staff helpful. 2 minute walk down to the beach. Very quiet area.

The smell in the room was not pleasant. We understand due to covid everything being closed would have caused this smell and I guess the only way to sort that would of been to open rooms to air out for longer periods. This is the only reason for the lower rating.
