Lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic. Pool villa room was spacious and very clean. Good breakfast with plenty of choice The hotel location is close to the airport. Has a 7/11 nearby and a daily afternoon/ evening market 100m away. Along the beach are plenty of souvenir shops, beauty places, restaurants etc. The beach wasn’t very clean

The location of accommodation is 100 yards away from the lobby, through the motorway. You have to go through to check out with luggage and with kids if you have; it is horribly unlucky. Moreover the staffs are very unkind surprisingly. Remember that it is non recommendable one in Thai.

Dewa is a fantastic hotel with great staff. They are friendly and kind through the entire process. We have been here twice and absolutely love it. Extremely close to the airport and a few hundred feet from a fun walking street with restaurants and massages etc.

The resort was stunning on saying that i think they could put some more storage in rooms eg drawers,and or dressing table.I also think maybe a few more handrails around site there are ramps but handrails would make it a bit easier for the physically impaired.Breakfast and meals where to an excellant standard.Pool area and surrounds where great, staff and managers where outstanding all in all a fantastic short break.

Very far isolated location, nothing to do near by. Staff (reception) non-English speaking. kid got hurt, ‘asked for bandage came back with hand towel. Breakfast is not to the mark. Mosquitos more than plants in resorts. Plunge Pool also small (very small). Never going even if I will get free stay. Overall unsatisfied, GM of hotel best (5-star) , friendly and nice that’s why giving overall 2-star. Otherwise Dewa itself not even 1 Star.

Friendly staff, I had a pool villa that came with. Breakfast included(was really great) and a massage for 2 along with 2 daily free drinks. So close to the airport this is the perfect place to stay for a few nights before leaving the country when you first arrive. There is a beach within walking distance, scooter rental and laundry outside nearby. Everything you need to relax and regroup, there is a beach and stretch of small shops and restaurants nearby too. I definitely recommend this place.

Overall, Dewas is a nice place. The staff were excellent, and my stay in Dewas Residence — which is more of a condo complex — was fine, though it wasn’t quite the experience I was expecting. Considering the price, I probably should have realized that ahead of time. I’d recommend double-checking which accommodation you’re booking to make sure it matches what you want. The only real downside was the breakfast buffet. If you sleep in like I do, the food tends to get cold toward the end of breakfast hours, and the selection isn’t refreshed much. It was okay overall, but you’ll find better breakfast buffets elsewhere if that's a priority for you. The spa was a highlight — even though the prices are higher than nearby places, the service and experience felt truly luxurious and were worth it.

Perfect location, 100 metres from the beach. A 10 minute walk to a heap of bars and restaurants, fantastic. The only negative about our room was no towel racks. Very strange not to have anywhere to hang your bath towel.

We stayed in this hotel for over a week. It was not a pleasant stay for us. We did not have hot water running in the bathroom for three days! We asked multiple times the reception to fix it. After ignoring our request for two days in row, finally they sent someone to fix it. The technician fixed the hot water but it was only working for few hours until it stopped working again. On the third day after contacting the reception again, someone came and fixed it finally. a few days later at night our air conditioner started to make a loud noise waking up us and then started to leak water and stopped working. Afterwards with the room getting hot gradually and the AC continuing leaking on the floor it was impossible to sleep and rest. All these showing this hotel is definitely not maintained properly and the staff/hotel management not caring about guests comfort, so we witnessed so many issues. On another incident the cleaning lady had collected our child's teddy bear together with the bedsheets and linen. We asked and followed up again multiple times until they found it and we could get it back with no apologies even offered! The playroom for kids was too small with limited toys/stuff. There was not much happening in the neighborhood around the hotel as well. You need to spend 15-30 minutes with taxi to get to some happening somewhere in Phuket. At the beach nearby the hotel, there is no chairs/beds managed by the hotel. We will not go there again.

Perfectly ample for a night before or after a flight as so close to the airport. Rooms are great (no view) and so was breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend for a holiday though as far nicer places in Thailand to stay. Our room looked at a wall which I wouldn’t fancy for longer than a night.
