Lovely relaxing stay

The hotel was lovely, clean surroundings and lovely staff. Food was also amazing. Ordered dinner and lunch at the restaurant's

Woke up to speaker in the morning and other people staying at hotel being disrespectful and talking loudly and running in the corridor in the morning outside my door when trying to sleep, not as soundproofed doors.

Huge room had everything we needed for our one night stay. Close to airport which was what we wanted for early flight.

Road noise, dogs fighting and howling not soundproofed at all. Staff nice bit a bit disorganised.

Lovely place to stay - family friendly!

The property was super, our room on 6th floor was spacious, clean and had everything you needed plus a bit more ! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom, shower etc was too notch! Had a Thai Oil Massage which was fabulous and took all the stress away, pool Was good and cocktails 🍸 🎉🎉 good place to stay. Breakfast was very good. Free ride back to airport which was excellent. Would stay again. Staff were super 👌

Great stay for the short time we were there, had everything we needed

It was close to the airport as we arrived on a late flight into Phuket. The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the pool etc. The location for us was great as it was close to a 7/11 to pick up some necessities. The hotel offers free water daily in your room.

Initially booked 1 night here, because it's close to the airport, but ended up staying here for a week, because hotel was so great! Nice staff, amazing pools, rom with a bathtub, everything worked, was clean and neat.

Loved the greenery within the hotel.

There were tropical ants, a lot of them in the bedroom. Ruined all my Thai snacks I bought to bring back home. The rain shower was not working. Some current sockets were not working.

Awesome!

Everything! I purposely booked it on the last night, since it close to the airport, so that we didn’t have to travel too far from Karon. Good move indeed. We could enjoy the facilities in the morning before getting ready to catch our flight back to Kuala Lumpur. Rooms and hotel were clean, staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was good and the hotel is so green and beautiful. My children enjoyed the bicycle rides too.

A wonderful hotel, the pools are so nice and all the trees and nature you have in the hotel garden.

The staff here are wonderful and amazing, I want to thank them so much. They took care of my friend when she wasn't well and I really would have been lost without them. Thank you for your kindness!

Good location, nice clean hotel

We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. Large bedroom with sitting area and balcony. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, his and hers basins, a shower, a toilet and a dressing room. Great location near the airport and Nai Yang Beach. It is also next to the local night markets.

Breakfast is a little average. Nothing really changes, so if you have a long stay, you could get bored with the breakfast. It does have a good variety, i.e. something for everyone, such as a chicken stirfry, rice, congee, eggs, ham and sausage, fruit salad, yoghurt and cereal. But it is pretty much the same every day.

Location was good perfect for what we needed. Hotel is very nice, our room was sufficient for what we wanted. The pool was lovely. The breakfast was good plenty of choice for all tastes.

The staff could have been more engaging they didn’t seem happy which is a shame as it makes the difference to guests experience.

3 minutes to the airport - perfect

Our swim up room smelt awful of drains, we had to be moved to another room which was lovely. Checking out was a bit of a pain as it took so long, we gave ourselves 15 minutes to check out in the morning, at 6.45am there was one member of staff and such a queue, this became a bit stressful.
