About this house rental

4 bedroom 3 bath home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to both 41 and 441, about 30 minutes to either Green Bay or Oshkosh. About 2 miles from the downtown College avenue area of Appleton. Lots of space for a group to relax both indoors and out. Large bar area in the basement, as well as an authentic tiki bar in the backyard. Spacious yard with a fire pit- perfect for summer nights with family!

Great location for shops, restaurants, bars and downtown Appleton in general. Our hostess was very generous and professional. The house is large and comfortable, and backyard a beautifully landscaped oasis.I highly recommend this property.-J. Knab

Absolutely amazing home. Beautiful backyard, well maintained and the flowers are next level. We came from Arizona and needed a place for a few days close to family for a few days. This plays was perfect. When we are at home in AZ, we have our own backyard oasis for entertaining and this place is just that in Appleton, #oasis.
