Beautiful, classic home in Appleton's Old Third Ward Historic District! Loads of hardwood floors, quarter-sawn oak trim, and style from a bygone era. Walk down to Fratellos for an evening meal, and enjoy views of the Fox River. Or walk downtown on college ave, just a couple blocks away. Great storage throughout. Kitchen has been updated, and does have a nice pantry area. Main floor laundry for convenience.

Was a neat older house. Had plenty of shared space. Also lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Met our needs perfectly and we enjoyed the house.
