Beautiful, classic home in Appleton's Old Third Ward Historic District! Loads of hardwood floors, quarter-sawn oak trim, and style from a bygone era. Walk down to Fratellos for an evening meal, and enjoy views of the Fox River. Or walk downtown on college ave, just a couple blocks away. Great storage throughout. Kitchen has been updated, and does have a nice pantry area. Main floor laundry for convenience.

Guests have private access to the entire historic home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining spaces, updated kitchen, main-floor laundry, front porch, gas fireplace, and driveway parking.
Self check-in is available with a keypad lock, and your personal door code will be sent before arrival.
Any locked or clearly marked owner, supply, or storage areas are not available for guest use.

Located in Appleton’s historic Old Third Ward, the home is surrounded by character, tree-lined streets, and beautifully preserved homes. You’ll be close to downtown Appleton, where local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, live music, and the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center offer plenty to explore. The Fox River, parks, and historic walking routes are also nearby.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking for up to 5 in the driveway if you have a vehicle. Street parking allowed during the day, and overnight seasonally if the city is notified.

The house is ideal for larger groups but is located in a residential neighborhood, so please keep outdoor noise to a respectful level, especially during evening hours.
Free driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles. Street parking may be available during the day, but overnight street parking in Appleton, just be sure to register your vehical.
The gas fireplace may be used as instructed. Please never leave it unattended and make sure it is off before leaving or going to bed.
No parties, events, unregistered guests, smoking, or vaping are permitted inside the home.

Beautiful property but steps are a major concern and not kid friendlyNeeds more railing on the third level and block off basement steps since they are of no use to visitors. Great yard for play and lovely neighborhood for walks

What a wonderful place to stay in Appleton. Home is located close to the heart of Appleton in a picturesque neighborhood. I had originally booked another home with a different property manager, and was nothing like pictured in the ad. I then reserved this wonderful home and was not disappointed. I ended up having to extend my stay and dealing with the property manager was very smooth.. He was responsive to any questions I had and wonderful to deal with. The property is clean, and exactly like the photos. I ended up staying there a week and loved it. The home has wonderful amenities and very comfortable. This is the place I would stay if returning to Appleton.

very large home for our family Christmas, not the cleanest of places we had young kids and they found fake finger nails in couch. didn't look like when they clean they move anything behind/under couches was dirty. if going to there in winter be careful of falling ice off roof onto deck while walking in and driveway icey. over all good place because of size and location, would come back again.

Was a neat older house. Had plenty of shared space. Also lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Met our needs perfectly and we enjoyed the house.
