    I email in advance to hotel contact (provided by Agoda) however the person said that we contact wrong hotel and person. I don't know the issue from Agoda or hotel itself. Anyway, I had also complain to Agoda as well.

    We stayed 2 nights. Free transport to the hotel from the ferry and to the airport was the reason that convinced us to book this hotel. The hotel itself is small and cute. Check-in was smooth, staff are nice, and free breakfast was good. Things to be mindful are: it is 10 min walk on the main road to the city center which can be dangerous as there are cars coming and going with no pedestrians walk, with the glass bathroom there is water coming out onto the floor while showering, the sink was slow to drain, and there is a smell of sewer for about 30 min during our stay there. But overall, it was a good stay given how many perks this hotel has to offer and we weren’t at the hotel all day and it was affordable for us.

    Great service from their free shuttle from the port and to the airport, along with a wonderful breakfast and comfy beds.

    The hotel was very close to Fabrika, which made it super convenient for getting around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. Overall a great stay!
