Staff were all very helpful and professional ,especially Margarita.
We had been given a free room upgrade, which we did not even request.
Room was absolutely lovely .Very clean and quite!
The only minis is after you check out and if you want to stay by the pool, they don’t give you a key for a temp room to take shower and change like in many other hotels. So you would be using shower rooms next to toilets by the pool.

the staff were great
