The property is great throughout. Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast - everything was 10/10

Fantastic location, a great welcome, breakfast was great, and the standard of all the communal areas was great. Service staff were fantastic.
Gym was very small. At the end of the stay we felt like we were being rushed out (on the last day). We were told we couldn't have a late check out as no rooms were available. Then once our flight was cancelled, we booked the hotel for another nights stay (which shown there was in fact rooms available, and there was two of us). The same happened for us the next day too, and it left a little but of a sour taste.

I have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 13 years, and I have never been disappointed. The service, location, and food are impeccable, and I have always received the best care.
This time, Stefania at the reception and the gentleman who picked me up from the airport—Daniel, I believe—were especially friendly, helpful, and professional.
This hotel is my little piece of heaven. I always stay there and will continue to do so. Thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality.
