Gezi Hotel Bosphorus, Istanbul, a Member of Design Hotels

location is perfect

I stayed there for two nights the staff was very lovely, i had a garden view that completely took my breath away and i loved that they helped with weighing my things and recommended places for me

My stay at gezi hotel bosphorus was superb just bcoz the staff there were so friendly and they were super quick as well, i strongly recommend this hotel and whenever i visited istanbul i’ll surely book this hotel everytime.

Location, services and kindness of all staff..!

Location was great and very clean.

I did not like that every time someone closes their hotel room door we hear a huge bang. And it’s the fault of the doors because all doors were making the same sound and it would wake me up at night if someone was leaving or entering their room. And I’m not one that is overly sensitive to noises but this was just too much. I would expect a bonvoy hotel to have slower door closings to avoid such noises. I understand that we are not entitled to late check out but I usually if the room is free hotels allow an extra hour or two for later check out. This hotel said that they were fully booked so we could not have a late check out. When we then told them okay but what if we extend by a day and pay for an extra night all of a sudden there was availability. Also quite a surprise as usually bonvoy hotels are very accommodating.
