About this apartment rental
Unit #198- an upstairs one bedroom with loft, two bath condominium (sleeps up to 6). Walking distance to blue line shuttle, short walk to the Village at Mammoth.
Living room: A cozy and welcoming living room hosts a flat screen TV. There is a DVD/VCR player, a stereo CD player, and gaming devices available for your entertainment. Wood burning stove, firewood and kindling provided upon availability.
Dining area: The dining area can sit up to 6 guests comfortably. Additional seating available at kitchen bar.
Kitchen area: The kitchen is a cozy and spacious area that is fully stocked with all basic cooking and eating utensils (Pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc.). There is a regular drip coffee maker in this unit.
Sleeping arrangements: Downstairs master bedroom hosts a queen, with an additional private flat screen TV. The upstairs loft is split by the 2nd bathroom into separate sleeping areas. Entry to loft has twin bunk beds. The other side is a private queen bed with additional flat screen TV.

The place location was good for what we needed. It was well equipped with all kitchen essentials. The parking is not assigned parking, so sometimes we found all spots in front of unit taken and we had to park farther, still within the complex site. Due to a huge storm we had to reschedule our original dates. The owner was understandable and easy to communicate.

Accurate listing; had everything we needed in the kitchen (we cooked). Upper bunk only for child - didn’t notice this in listing or photos. Nice wood burning stove. Enjoyed the game room. Close to village and Canyon Lodge. A bit dated, but that’s apparent in the photos!

The condo was very comfortable. The communication was excellent. Location was very convenient to. Both the village and canyon lodge. We enjoyed the very hot, hot tub and the rec room.
