This 1-bedroom plus a loft comfortably sleeps 6. Perfect for a family to enjoy a weekend getaway. One Dog is allowed
This condo features new wood flooring throughout and has partial views of the Sherwin Mountains. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to make family dinners. The master bedroom features a queen bed, and the loft boasts a Euro bunk with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also another twin trundle that pulls out. The downstairs bathroom has been renovated with a beautiful walk-in shower and a custom-made vanity.
The living room features a large flat-screen tv with comfortable couches. The couch is not a sofa sleeper. There is a propane fireplace in the living room to enjoy a night in.
This condo is close to the community pool, BBQ, and jacuzzi. This condo sleeps 6 people.
You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx. 1 mile) just down the street.
Towels and linens are supplied, but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.
Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first-come, first-served basis; please check in with the office first.
On-site management is accessible 24/7, and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Good access to the Village and Canyon Lodge. Still need to be up early on just days to get parking at the lodge as it is quite a walk with skis and boots and gear.Fair views between the pine trees .Has stairs to access the condo and upper level bedrooms .Fireplace is gas and temperature / thermostat cannot be adjusted for cold blizzard nights which we had a few during our stay. Kitchen is nicely equipped . Lower bathroom is refurbished but limited privacy as partially in the hallway . Upper bathroom more private . Adequate sleeping arrangement for 4-6 people .Covered garage is a plus for heavy snow fall .Management could provide instructions to access the garage for late arrivals which would be helpful . They’re assigned but numbers are no visible externally and they’re not locked which would be nice to know beforehand to prevent confusion . No extra blankets which would have been nice for cold nights .

we were very pleased with the unit(40), the heat was on when we arrived, it was clean , comfortable, the mattress felt great. once Eduardo showed us how to work the tv remotes we were good to go. we hadn't been to mammoth in six years, this made for a great reunion

The condo was fine... very hot and had to sleep with all the windows open. That's fine, except for the noise. There are TONS of moths in the condo... redone bathroom and downstairs flooring are nice. Carpets were dirty... looked like moths killed on the carpet or a small dog leaving it's mark. Kitchen (sink especially) needs some love.
