Good for a (very) short stay in the center of Limone

- The staff was nice. Especially the staff in the breakfast room. - The location of the hotel near the center is perfect. - The room was big and had plenty of place to organize our stuff. - The bathroom was very clean and it seemed fairly new. - The photos of the gym are not like in Booking. The new place is actually better.

- At front desk some of the staff members didn't speak English, French or Spanish. That was surprising for me as I had to communicate in signs with some of them. - The breakfast is rated as wonderful, but for me there's not enough variety. The bread / croissants / focaccia, didn't seem fresh, I honestly think they were bought frozen and cooked in their kitchen. Hot food was missing, there was no scrambled eggs, no vegetables. It was really disappointing. - Checkout is really early, 10am. We were finishing the suitcases and the cleaning staff wanted to clean the room at 9:30am already. It seems that there's a lack of coordination between front desk and cleaning team, as we were still in the room and the front desk knew that we didn't checkout yet.

Nice hotel near to the city center

Thank to the whole staff (receptionist, cleaning lady) for the hospitality and the kindness. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The continental breakfast was also good. The location is very good, close to the center of the city. We could leave our car and motorbikes in the hotel garage.

There was no bar in the hotel, but a lot of bar and restaurant are located within walking distance.

Very pleasant hotel with super location and a very pleasant staff.

The staff was congenial and welcoming,. Unfortunately we went too late in the season to ski - (March) - and there was no snow except on this high black pists (not for me!)

We were disappointed in the choice of restaurants in Limone. I suppose COVID has changed all that but I recall that three or four years ago the choice of restaurants was exceptional. Perhaps it was the lack of snow, lack of tourists in the town (no Russians at all!) that caused so many of the usual restaurants to close. Those that we found open were quite average - with poor service. Better to have a beer and pizza in your hotel room!

Nel complesso, l'hotel ha un potenziale molto grande e vi auguriamo molti clienti e tutto il meglio!

Elegante camera spaziosa e calda con ampio balcone con splendida vista sulle montagne, con veri mobili in legno, grande letto. Ottima posizione nel centro, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Buona colazione. Deliziosi pasticcini e caffè. Belle lenzuola nuove e asciugamani bianchi come la neve!

Ma... tuttavia, l'impressione positiva è stata immediatamente rovinata dal forte odore dei prodotti per la pulizia che abbiamo dovuto ventilare per un paio d'ore per eliminare il cattivo odore. E questo a una temperatura di -10 gradi! Poi ho dovuto abbandonare la pulizia a causa di questo. Nonostante l'impressione di una buona pulizia, abbiamo trovato alcuni grossi grumi di polvere sotto il letto e negli angoli della stanza. Inoltre, preferiremmo semplici pantofole e tappeti vicino ai letti, poiché i pavimenti sono freddi. Altrimenti, il riscaldamento era buono, con elementi solidi. Puoi certamente avere molte opinioni diverse sul letto, ma a nostro avviso è un po ' duro. Abbiamo anche perso la possibilità di un piumino extra, abbiamo ottenuto solo un plaid sintetico. Troveremmo utili anche alcuni prodotti per la pulizia in cucina in modo da poter pulire il tavolo da pranzo e lavare i piatti dopo di noi. ci è voluto anche un po ' di tempo per capire le procedure relative alla spedizione in pendenza, nonché la routine e l'ordine. Quindi, anche se ci sono molte informazioni sulle pareti dell'ascensore, vorremmo avere maggiori informazioni sull'ordinazione di caffè/tè per colazione e in connessione con ”dopodomani”. Inoltre, al mattino abbiamo concordato con l'autista un momento in cui ci avrebbe prelevati dalla pista. L'abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora al freddo, molto freddo. Si scopre che dovevamo chiamare l'hotel e chiamare l'autista. Nessuno ha spiegato nulla. Quindi, forse, vorremmo ancora ringraziare il personale che è stato gentile e cordiale. Crediamo anche che le 10.00 del mattino siano una partenza molto anticipata.

Una notte da dimenticare.

La camera anche se piccola era molto pulita, tutta in legno è molto molto ma fin troppe calda. Colazione ottima molto varia.

Rumore di ragazzi maggiorenni?Forse? Si erano riuniti in 4 in stanza, sbattevano sedie e mobili, si rincorrevano nel corridoio e bussavano alle porte dalle 11 all'01,30....cosa che non facevo neanche in 1a superiore in gita scolistica. Dovrebbero organizzare un minimo le camere e raggrupparle con certa clientela per non dare fastidio agli altri utenti. Una notte passata fuori da dimenticare. BOX Doccia del bagno minuscola ad incastro (peso 85kg). Spiegazione dei servizi e altro molto ma molto risicata forse svogliata o bho.. Ne Spiegazione dei servizi comprensivi,ne password del Wi-Fi, ne dell'ora della colazione. Pessimo servizio.

Un hôtel très bien situé …mais un peu surclassé .

La situation permet de tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner est très bien . Le personnel est très serviable. La présence d’un garage , pour 15€ par jour, est très appréciable .

La chambre 205 est assez petite . Dans la salle d’eaux la cabine de douche est très exiguë ; l’éclairage du miroir au dessus du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas. Ces caractéristiques ne correspondent pas à un établissement 4 étoiles.

Ritorneremo sicuramente

La gentilezza della ragazza alla Reception ci ha veramente colpito. Ci ha aiutati per il parcheggio della nostra moto ed è stata professionale e molto disponibile. L hotel è molto bello in posizione centrale ,eravamo al 5' piano e vedevamo i monti. Silenzioso, materasso molto comodo, stanza grande ,pulita e confortevole. Tutta di legno, molto caratteristica. Colazione top! Dolce e salato . Tante torte e biscotti fatti da loro.

Bagno cieco, fuliggini di polvere sopra il muro zona letto e incrostazioni da umidità sopra la porta del bagno. Cuscino letto macchiato, sostituito tempestivamente dallo staff. Letto eccessivamente rigido e corto. Colazione buona ma self service, un 4 stelle almeno le bevande calde deve servirle al tavolo.
