Phi Hotel La Tonnara di Bonagia

The outdoor facilities are beautiful, especially the pool with an incredible view onto the sea and monte cofano. Also the little beach with its pier were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast buffet was rich and diverse. The beds were very comfortable and the location in this little quaint town right by the sea just perfect! The front desk staff was always extremely kind and helpful. The tennis and soccer court were a really cool add-on we enjoyed a lot.

Given the price point of this four star hotel I'd say some things were lacking. The floor under the bed was completely dusty and dirty. The people working the breakfast buffet seemed extremely stressed (probably understaffed?) and it was hard to even place an order for a coffee with them. Generally the attitude of the staff (except for front desk!) was way below what would be expected from a 4-star hotel. It was a bit unfortunate as well that the pool wasn't open longer. It would've been really nice to enjoy the sunset with a good cocktail from the bar by the pool.

Amazing staff, they paid attention to the details. The beach is very beautiful. Breakfast was the best we ever had, very rich and fresh. Parking is inside, well established.

If the weather is bad, nothing to do.

The picturesque location, the fact that it is emplaced on a lovely rocky beach with a jetty that enables you to jump into the sea. Lovely spacious rooms and fabulous breakfast.

They gave a private parking for guests and this was amazing! Also a nice swimming with a great view. They had many options for the breakfast, with breads, fruits, cereals, cakes, yogurts and hot food. I would say option to everyone.

The hotel doesnt look like a resort as they say. The room was very dated. Hotel was really noisy, no soundproofing from the walls at all and unfortunately the 3 nights we stayed there he had rooms close to us really noisy after 22h and before 7:30. It was really hard to rest on the hotel. Couldnt sleep. Also the shower had a slow pressure :(
