I booked for my wife, so these are her remarks.
Stayed there for the second time. Location is good for me -- quiet neighborhood by the water (Alte Donau), close to my work. Spacious room, comfortable, well equipped kitchenette. Clean, bright, nice greenery/garden.
Not really close to public transport (no bus/tram stop nearby, 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest metro station), a bit inconvenient when with luggage; 20-30 minutes walk to nearest supermarket(s), also inconvenient when with shopping bags. Bed was large and comfortable, but low. Not a big deal on minus side altogether.

The apartment is well equipped for self-catering and includes a kitchenette with modern kitchen utensils. There are two TVs in the apartment, one in the living room and another in the bedroom, which is very convenient. The directions provided before check-in made it easy to locate the property. Everything in the apartment is modern, clean, and in good working condition. The area is also very quiet and peaceful.
The walk to Kagran train station takes about 15 minutes, which also provides a good opportunity for some light exercise. The station is conveniently located next to the Donau Zentrum shopping mall, making it easy to access shops and other amenities.
