    Tried to walk from metro but far if you have luggage with you. The same no breakfast option, no elevator going up the room.

    We booked a room with one large double bed, but on arrival we were given a room with two separate small beds instead. The receptionist told us that we would be moved to a room with a large double bed the following day. However, when I asked about the room change the next day, he said that all the rooms were fully booked and that a double-bed room was not available. The promised room change never happened To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. The service and communication were disappointing, especially as we did not receive the room we had originally booked or the solution that was promised to us I would expect a hotel to honour the room type confirmed at the time of booking and communicate honestly with guests if there is a problem. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend this place based on our stay.
