    Everything was at a walkable distance, Blue mosque, Hagia Sofiya,Tram station, cafe and shopping. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room I got was on the mezzanine floor, the stairs up to the room were narrow, and the room door lock was slightly a problem in locking and unlocking but still manageable.. Breafast was basic and same everyday but better than nothing at all ! The kitchen was operational, so I got a chance to make my own noodles for dinner ! I must mention a staff guy Jeehan (Hope I am writing correct name and spelling ) who helped me with my luggage to take up to my room(during check in) and bring it down on my check out ! Alma the lady who served b/f every day with a smile on her face and hot toast and tea and crunchy Veges on the side ! Good start to a day ! Thanks to both of them for making it comfortable!

    We had a generally positive experience at the hotel, thanks largely to the staff. The man who helped carry our luggage up the stairs since there was no lift was extremely helpful and also assisted us with arranging airport transfer. The lady was very thoughtful as well, packing our breakfast when our driver arrived early due to traffic concerns. It was a kind gesture that we truly appreciated. On the downside, the breakfast selection was very limited. On our last day, it felt unprofessional when the lady knocked repeatedly on our door to show the room to potential guests while we were packing and rushing to the airport, which was inconvenient. Noise was also a factor, including trams passing by, as noted by other travelers, and some evenings when other guests were quite loud. Overall, the helpfulness of the staff made our stay enjoyable, but the limited breakfast, noise, and last-day disturbance were notable drawbacks.

    Tissue box, and mini bar required in room. Morning breakfast has just bread, cheap quality olivrs, james and Chocklates and tea/coffee. No juices, no cereals and meat or chicken or hot dog or chips or sweet pie etc
