    I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at **Emine Sultan Hotel** in Istanbul. My booking check-in date was **8 July**. Before travelling, on **15 June**, I emailed the hotel to inform them that my flight from Glasgow would arrive in Istanbul at approximately **1:00 am on 8 July**, and that I would reach the hotel at around **2:00 am**. I did not receive any response to my email. I also tried calling the hotel from Glasgow before my trip, but no one answered my calls. When I arrived at the hotel at around **2:00 am**, I was informed that the official check-in time was **2:00 pm** and that no rooms were available. As a result, I had to remain in the hotel reception for approximately **12 hours**, waiting until my room became available. I understand that my booking was for 8 July and that standard check-in is at 2:00 pm. However, my concern is the complete lack of communication from the hotel. Had they replied to my email or answered my phone call to explain that early check-in would not be possible, I would have booked the previous night or made alternative arrangements. Instead, I travelled expecting that my request would at least be acknowledged, and I was left with no option but to wait in the reception after an international journey. I kindly request that Agoda review this matter and discuss it with the hotel. I believe the hotel's failure to respond to my advance communication caused unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort. I would appreciate any goodwill compensation or gesture that Agoda or the hotel can offer in recognition of this experience. Also don't take the downstairs room, it is terrible. Noise of people walking outside, Zero ventilation, there is one moveable A/c but instead of giving cold air,it is giving hot air more. Kind regards,
