Loved my stay. Room was brilliant, really comfortable bed, friendly staff & it was great to have various dining options. The other thing that keeps me coming back is feeling safe when walking around the complex any time of the day or night. Love that their rooms have a dining table & the bathroom is superb. Can't wait for my next visit.
Nothing, it was a wonderful experience.
Note: There were renovations happening at the time of my visit so something to be aware of. One of the dining options was unavailable & building work happening but these things need to be done every so often so just something to be aware of, certainly not a complaint.

Rooms were of a good size and the gardens around the hotel well looked after. The health club area was handy with an indoor pool and gym.
The hotel was really hot all the time, other guests we spoke to commented on this as well. There was no thermostat to control it in your room and it was very unpleasant at night. We were also called and asked if we wanted a joining room as we had children (17-11) in them. When we arrived the rooms had been allocated incorrectly and my daughter walked in on someone in the other room. Staff were apologetic and gave the other room some free drink cards. Weonly booked this accomodation as we were attending an event there.
