A beautiful clean room with garden views. It was so relaxing
Some staff were not welcoming and it was management not the receptionists. Maybe you should promote through management that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover so don’t like flaunting that they have money …. Just saying 😊

Great location, only about a 10-minute drive to town, with spectacular housekeeping. The amenities are nice, and there’s some entertainment on site.
The room facilities are a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. We had to switch rooms on our first night at midnight because the toilet cistern valve broke. The night staff were not well equipped to deal with the situation, as we had to check out of the original room and wait in the lobby with all our luggage for about 15 minutes before being allocated another suitable room. However, the morning staff were more amicable and apologetic about the inconvenience. Having stayed in two different rooms, we found the showers to be temperamental, with inconsistent water temperature and inadequate water pressure.
