Excellent location on quiet street, near restaurants and transport links. Very friendly helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast.

Die Lage war für uns prima, wir waren schnell in Aachen, um die WM anzuschauen.
Die Unterkunft war sehr spartanisch, aber letztendlich war alles da.

It was close to Kerkrade where we attending a music competition. The rooms were good and the breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Also nice to be able to get a drink from the bar and use the honesty system!
Shower cubicle a bit small, and no A/C unfortunately, but we left windows wide open at night. I found the pillows lumpy and uncomfortable but the pillows are always a tricky thing to satisfy the customers!!

Die Unterkunft hatte eher den Charakter einer besseren Jugendherberge. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und nett. Das Frühstück war üppig und reichlich.
Hat mit dem Begriff Hotel nicht so viel gemeinsam. In dem Zimmer befinden sich in jeder Ecke ein Bett und einen Fernseher für den man ein Fernglas benötigt. Dann hämmert um 9:00 Uhr der Zimmerservice an der Tür obwohl kein Weckdienst in Auftrag gegeben wurde. Nach dem Frühstück wurden wir aufgefordert unser Geschirr, welches wir schon zum Geschirrcontainer gebracht hatten, gefälligst zu trennen, mit der Frage ob wir Deutsche oder Holländer wären.
