The service, staff, the explorer kids club was the best because it allowed us to rest while our kids were safe and having fun

The pool area and the coffee. Staff is great and very welcoming. Albert and Kelvin at the pool bar were excellent, fun, quick, and very nice.

The resort had beautiful scenery, lovely tropical gardens, and amazing outdoor pools. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas, which were much more beautiful and enjoyable than the indoor spaces.
Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the food were disappointing and below our expectations. Also, many staff members had difficulty understanding and communicating in English, which was frustrating for international guests. Sometimes, we felt that our requests were not properly understood.
