Room Mate Oscar is in a great location, easy to walk to many areas of interest. The room was spacious and had enough room for us to unpack which is a plus.
The rooftop bar and plunge pool were used by us many times - especially during the heatwave.
The hotel is within the LGBT area which is good to note and lots of little bars and clubs around.
No negatives, we checked in late easily and were able to relax in the rooftop bar/pool during the big heatwave.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Gran Vía. All of the main attractions are within walking distance, and the nearest metro station is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around Madrid.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel was also exceptionally clean, and the high standard of housekeeping made the stay even more enjoyable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the room very well, which was especially important for a summer stay like mine.

Really friendly hotel, clean and comfortable. Very well located, near the Grand Via and we walked everywhere.
Has a cool vibe with the rooftop pool and vibe, though can get busy.
Breakfast was pretty standard, wide range of continental meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries. They had a selection of packaged gluten free bread rolls and cakes that they warmed and brought out for my coeliac daughter.
Pool can get busy but that isn’t the hotel’s fault!
