The staff
Very outdated, swimming pool was advertised but was shut.

Breakfast was great. They have an exceptional chef for cakes. At morning you wake up with the sweet smell of pie. They have few cats and dogs in the structure which offer a sort of free pet therapy. They are well nourished and well kept. They make a friendly family oriented atmosphere.
They should paint the exterior of the building which looks a bit decadent. Some updates at the structure. Use the roof at first floor and the one on the top as place to chill among green plants. They should put few little colored houses for cats and dogs and let them free to walk around in the garden. I'm sure everybody would love their quiet elegance.

Proximity to the beach, excellent breakfast, free parking.
Signage for property ( all covered with bushes! You need a big sign)
Paying for the beach - we do not understand how public land including the sea becomes private!
