Un bellissimo BnB con vista mare! Camere curate e pulite e il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere le spiagge, che per visitare il meraviglioso paese. Tornerò! Grazie Augusto!

An easy 10 minute walk into the old center (up a slight incline but nothing too severe); good variety of restaurants and interesting historical sites. We found it better to drive the other direction (down to the water) as it was hot when we were there and the return would (of course) have been all uphill - although it seemed like it might be a doable walk in milder weather. There is on-site parking, which is very convenient. The road up to the property and the driveway in seem daunting at first but just go slowly and you will see that it is really quite manageable. The building is lovely, we got to enjoy the room with the sea view. Breakfast terrace was very nice with an impressive sea view and available for our use throughout the day. Augusto and Gabriella were very welcoming. All-in-all a very nice stay.

La posizione eccellente, sia vicino al mare che al centro storico. Terrazza comune, dove viene servita anche la colazione, con un bellissimo panorama. Location molto tranquilla.

Esperienza super consigliata. La struttura si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico di San Felice Circeo e a 15 minuti a piedi dal mare. Location tranquilla, immersa nel verde del curato giardino della villa. Terrazza fantastica, dalla vista incredibile, nella quale è possibile effettuare una ricca, e ricercata, prima colazione all'italiana. Apprezzabile la gentilezza, e la disponibilità, di Gabriella e di Fausto, amabili proprietari della struttura. Torneremo di certo.
