Hotel is in an excellent location, right on the beach and round the corner from the main street with lots of restaurants, shops, bars etc. Also walking distance to the water park - Caribe Bay. Two great size pools, one for just swimming and another for just relaxing and having fun. Also a small children’s pool. Excellent Spa facilities which were great to have on days it rained. Good selection for breakfast, plenty of choices for everyone and you can enjoy it overlooking the beach/sea. The staff were all great - friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners did an excellent job.

We had both standard and deluxe rooms. The standard rooms have everything you would think of in a standard hotel room, it didn’t necessarily feel 4 star level, but was comfortable. The balcony is basic with just a couple of plastic garden chair, could at least have a small table too. For some the lack of tea/coffee making facilities may be an issue, but that is not a necessity for me so it was fine. The lack of plug sockets by the bed was more of an issue for me. There seemed to be only one socket that was functional for using the adapter plugs which was above the desk and I had do unplug the lamp to be able to use it. Most hotels I’ve stayed in recently simply have USB or USB-C sockets which makes life much easier for everyone. The deluxe rooms are better than the standard rooms, probably the minimum level people are expecting from a 4 star hotel. They do have tea/coffee making facilities and have at least a partial sea view with a large balcony that has a sun bed, two chair and a small table The main and most strange issue with the deluxe room is the shower. The shower has glass walls into the bedroom area, meaning anyone else who you are sharing the hotel room with can see you showering. There is a plastic blind within the bedroom area you can pull down to give a bit of privacy but it is no where adequate as it doesn’t fully close, plus there is a glass panel on the side which has no blind so you can still be seen. This might not be an issue for a couple or those who are exhibitionists, but is certainly an issue for a family with teenage children or friends who might be travelling together and don’t want to watch each other shower. I am not sure who came up with this decision but there needs to be a rethink, perhaps add some privacy film to the inside or outside of the glass. The pools were cold, it says heated in the description but they are cold.

Great view, great location, room well equipped.

Swimming pool was supposed to be heated!!! It was still COLD and we did not want to use it. We saw people had same problem. This was a biggest disappointment as hotel was specifically chosen for that reasons. Paid sun beds in the hotel pool area!!! It’s not much and not matter of money but just as something odd and unnecessary. Maybe that’s standard around this area but never had such situation in any other hotel. Breakfast was ok but nothing special for that price.

The location was pretty good and the cleaness of the room was excelent.

We booked a parking space and on the day when we were leaving we had to wait like 40 minutes untill they moved the cars away from our way to park out. This was a bit odd becouse of the 15eur/day price for parking

Great location on the beach, private beach, on the beach free sunbeds, on the pool 10 euro. Parking garage 10 euro per day but i recommend paying it because otherwise you must leave the keys of the car and they are moving your car because of small space in the parking lot outside. pool is very nice so is the dinner and breakfast. room was very clean everyday and big balcony

völliges unverständnis das man die liege am pool extra bezahlen muss geht gar nicht es gibt in gans jesolo kein 2 hotel wo es so ist eher umgekert die starandliegen müssen extra bezahlt werden. kein kontakt mit personal bei der rezeption kontakt zum gast sehr wichtig. wir hatten zimmer mit seitlichen meerblick war sehr laut um 6uhr morgen fährt die mühlabfuhr und die kehrmaschiene geht gar nicht die stadtverwaltung hat vergessen das ich im urlaub bin und nicht um 6uhr wach werden möchte lg plasek

Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und freundlich .die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Lage traumhaft schön!!! Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar klein aber hat alles was man braucht um zu entspannen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Es war trotzdem ein erholsamer Urlaub und die Halbpension war kulinarisch empfehlenswert.

Die Lage zum Meer und die Halbpension, das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich

Kinder dürfen nicht mit Ball im Pool spielen und auch nicht reinhüpfen. Generell sehr altes Publikum. Die alte Chefin an der Rezeption hat nicht einmal beim Zahlen gefragt ob der Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend war.

Licht und Schatten – insgesamt nicht überzeugend

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer, das wirklich reichhaltige und leckere Frühstück sowie die beiden großen Pools. Auch die sanitären Einrichtungen (Dusche/WC) am Pool waren sauber und praktisch.

Wir sind rund 30 Minuten vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit angekommen – kein Problem, da der Check-in ohnehin erst ab 14:00 Uhr möglich ist. Umso ärgerlicher war jedoch, dass wir das Zimmer erst gegen 14:15 beziehen konnten – und selbst dann war es offensichtlich noch nicht vollständig gereinigt. Der Hausmeister war noch im Zimmer, und es wirkte, als wäre die Reinigungskraft gerade erst fertig geworden. Leider war das Badezimmer nicht ganz sauber – unter anderem befanden sich noch Haare in der Dusche und das WC war nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Ich möchte hier keine Schuld auf das Reinigungspersonal schieben – es wirkte insgesamt sehr hektisch und vielleicht ist der Zeitdruck einfach zu hoch. Das Einparken gestaltete sich ebenfalls schwierig, da die Parkplätze sehr eng bemessen sind. Wie auch in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, wird versucht, mit zahlreichen Zusatzkosten (z. B. für Badetücher oder Liegen am Pool) zusätzlich Geld zu verdienen – was leider einen faden Beigeschmack hinterlässt. Was mich am meisten gestört hat, war der Umgang beim Check-out: Es war nicht möglich, am Abreisetag noch ein paar Stunden am Meer zu genießen, ohne direkt mit zusätzlichen Kosten für Parkplatz und Liegen konfrontiert zu werden. Das kenne ich aus Jesolo anders – in der Vergangenheit war es bei anderen Hotels nie ein Problem, den letzten Tag nach dem Check-out noch entspannt am Strand ausklingen zu lassen, gerade wenn genügend Liegen und Parkplätze verfügbar sind, was hier eindeutig der Fall war. Angesichts des eher hohen Übernachtungspreises und der genannten Schwächen werde ich dieses Hotel in Zukunft wohl nicht mehr buchen.

Magnifique séjour

Tout était parfait! Le personnel super accueillant et bienveillant. La chambre était toute mignonne. L'hôtel est très propre. Nous avons adoré le fait qu'il y ait une plage privée juste derrière L'hôtel. Les piscines et le spa étaient également très agréables.
