Great central location, comfortable clean apartment, helpful staff
Lukewarm (no hot) water in the shower (also after several minutes of water running water did not get warmer).
Somewhat loud at night due to the club's music, it was fully ok for us, but you may need earplugs if you need it quiet at night

Location fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.
It was Friday night and the town was pumping with music. We could hear the music, but it didn't bother us.

It is centralized, easy access to beach and to Quinta ave .
Comfortable layout . Enjoyed the staff . Clean .
The music 22/24 hours 7 days a week. You can’t enjoy the outdoors quietly . Pool is cold , jet area of pool ( hot tub type is also cold) showers were tepid when lucky mostly cold . There is no « beach club » the beach is gone completely eroded away . Only thing there is crazy expensive drinks .

Very nice apartment. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff very good. The discount breakfast for $200 pesos was good too. ( we took the cheaper restaurant. )
It was located a bit far from beach. Beach was also very full of sargassum . Sargassum not picked up so it was rotting and very stinky next to the restaurant. No swimming in Playa del Carmen. We took ferry for the whole day to Cozumel to be able to swim.
