This is one of those hotels that goes beyond the extra mile in making your stay memorable. Karan and khateeb were our dedicated butlers who became extended part of our family. Service was sooo sooo good. Every request of ours were met with a YES and delivered . I have no words for this place. They also have a divine musician who plays the flute there which goes so well with the entire atmosphere with peococks dancing in the background and his flute playing its divine . Must must experience .

My wife and I are amid palace visitors, we just love to explore palaces in India and Rambagh was always on our list.
So I planned to give my wife a surprise pre birthday celebration at Rambagh Palace and for that I would really appreciate how the management worked up all together and made the experience really smooth for me.
Shubham played a key role in understanding and executing the entire plan, he took the responsibility and kept me on loop via calls and messages and going that extra mile which really impressed us both.
Not to mention the entire team who decorated and made some amazing handmade cards and flower decorations for us to cherish the event even better.
And at Rajput Room Chef Kuldeep Sharma and Vikram not just suggested my wife to eat dal mutton churma but also demonstrated on how to eat it to get that perfect Rajasthani flavour!
Chef was so humble and kind and kept visiting our table to check on us and we felt nothing less than home under his guidance.
Swarna Mahal is a treat to both eyes and stomach with so much history that one can just be awestruck! Sukhlal made the experience even better!
The entire palace is so well kept and mainitained and our suite was taken care by Bhavika who took care of the roomservice and must say the woman is a wonder.
She also gave us an entire tour of the palace and other suites enlightening us with our rich heritage.
For anyone who plans to visit this property just has to worry about packing their bags to reach this heaven cause once you step in, you have nothing to worry about.

This is more than just a hotel it is an unbelievable luxury experience. The palace itself and the grounds are beautiful but what sets it apart is the service and staff hospitality. They cater to your every need and it seems that any request you have they find a way to make it happen. Beyond a 5 star experience, if you have the means this is absolutely an experience worth having. Karan, Khateeb and the hotel manager Pradip were all incredible throughout our stay. We will definitely return again someday!
Everything was fantastic.

The most beautiful place, unbelievable food, lovely gardens.. can't wait to return!
Also a shout out to Manish and all the pool staff.

My goodness, this place knocked my socks off. It was sublime. The hospitality is next level, and the staff are amazing. They go out of the way for everything--when I couldn't make up my mind over an entree, the server brought me a bit of the one I didn't order as well, because she saw how undecided I was. The car we hired from the hotel for sightseeing...the driver made it his personal mission that I shouldn't have a single drop of rain on me, as I entered and exited. The general manager was next level--my husband lost his ear pods (they fell out of his pocket), but the lengths to which the staff went to retrieve them...this experience is unique. It is old school Indian hospitality at its best, combined with impeccable property management.
The only thing we didn't love is that they've fallen prey to the trend that we're noticing at high end properties across the world--pumping fragrance through the vents. Noticed this especially on our first day, but then it grew less noticeable. Wish that all hotels would stop this misguided trend. Can't be good for health, all these fake fragrance chemicals.

Service and hospitality is the best we've ever seen across our travels.
Food is par excellence - breakfast spreads, the restaurants, all fantastic.
The palace is majestic, quite pristine, visually stunning.
Peacocks all around is the cherry on top of a decadent cake.

Splendorous, you get the maharaj’s style
Food was average, room had many many curtains and sheets that made us cough. Rooms have are purifiers due to the pervasive presence of curtains, carpets, etc. For such a luxury accommodation, and for such price, everything needs to be perfect

Beautifully situated in a huge well-kept park. It felt like colonial times.
Pleasant, intimate pool and spa in pretty houses among the trees. We did not expect that, despite the location in the city center, it would be so peaceful. There were peacocks everywhere, which added charm to this place. One of the few hotels in the world that I would like to return to if I am there again.
A very elegant Indian restaurant, where the staff put the food on the table on the plate, which made us feel uncomfortable. The food was good but there was no spirit of India. Food more for tourists than local flavors. We definitely recommend the restaurants by the old train.

The Taj Rambagh Palace hospitality is visible from the gate to the reception, front office, house keeping, dining. You are staying in a piece of history and Taj team ensures that your stay is memorable. Peacocks give you company everywhere. The historical tour, the horse buggy ride, the train restaurant. You will end up loving the Taj team who go all out to enhance the experience of your stay.
There is nothing you cannot like at Rambagh Palace.

This historic palace is surrounded by a beautiful park. It is an exceptional place to enjoy Jaipur.
The rooms are palatial and elaborately decorated.
Service in the hotel is exceptional. There are two restaurants, one of them with Indian cuisine. Restaurant staff are attentive to your every wish. They are very friendly and competent.
An exceptional place to live unforgettable moments.

We have stayed at the Rambagh Palace twice before (although you would know so in terms of any guest recognition). Fabulous suite last time… this time simply ‘ok’. it felt like the unloved ‘suite’. Tye bookshop is great, and one particular manager in the breakfast restaurant was very guest focused as was one receptionist. Others seemed untrained and disinterested. so many small mistakes take fed what should have been a fabulous visit.
The service ethic has mostly disappeared since the pandemic. For example - no door staff, reception staff (except 1 person) didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. The hotel IT databases are so out of date BUT even when you correct your ‘address’, ‘email’ & phone number they simply don’t bother to update them. it’s also a very poor experience to print out your final bill on the reverse of someone else’s bill. That’s cheap and doesn’t suggest there is any customer ID or info security.
