The staff. When we first arrived we were shown to our room. The staff entered the room and explained the room ammenities. Once he’s done, he stood still and stayed in the room and did not direclty leave the room. He just stood there waiting (I dont know what for, I guess tip? But we didn’t have any cash with us at that time so we planned to give it to him later that day). The silence was very akward. His presence in our room felt very invasive. Since we did not give him anything, he left and slammed the door.
You should not wait in a guest’s toom WAITING in silence demanding for a tip. We always tip other hotel staffs but not here, because they of how they asked for it.
The property is old and outdated.
