We were looked after from arrival to departure. The staff were so professional and friendly, nothing was a problem. The resort was well located for restaurants with a shuttle bus to the coast. Big shout out to Septia who unfortunately we missed when checking out, thanks for all your help and friendship.

Beautiful stay and overall experience.

The Villa is beautiful and the pool even more so. They could connect to adjoining Villas which made the experience even better. The location is fantastic and easily approachable to most areas. Would highly recommend for family and friends

Great kind and helpful staff

Staff and manager were extremely nice and kind and helpful. We had few issues at the first day however the management warmly cooperated to resolve it in a timely manner. Novia (manager) and Wiran (from restaurant) were extremely kind and helpful. Villa design was super luxurious.

Bathrooms/Toilets are very hot with no air conditioner. Some of the villas are located at far rear of the property which are a bit far from main street however there is buggy provided by Villa management and accessible within few minutes anytime. The villas are over-priced and may not fit in every family budget.

Great memories

Love the staff- helpful, friendly and attentive. Beautiful surrounding our group of 10 had a great time. Buggy was free and easily arranged to take us to reception.

We were located at the sunset section , there are 3 sections. At the time of our stay the road going in and out of the villas was under reconstruction the whole time 7 nights . We couldn’t walk in and out ourselves had to rely on buggy. Was not easy for grab to come in too.

Wellness retreat for relaxation that creates serene environment that reduces stress and combines beauty with mental heal

High-vibrational estate conforming yin-yang symbol in the pool. Friendly kind personnel , comfortable beds in the bedrooms and bathrooms always clean, inner landscaping, colorful vibrant plants and fish in small garden ponds. I even saw famous small furry creature known the civet, feeds on coffee beans (Luwak coffee) walking on the fance and claimbing shrubbs. Good location not far from Seminyak and Kuta beach suitable for surfing or relaxing time.

Extremely friendly staff. Upon arrival you are welcomed with a delicious juice and then transported with your luggage by a small car (available on request 24/7) directly to the villa. The location is right in the heart of Seminyak, yet tucked away on a side street, making it wonderfully quiet at night. Breakfast is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the pool is clean and spacious. An ideal place to spend your vacation!

Location not what you think but still good.

This villa is a good size. Nice pool but a bit colder than other pools. Decent kitchen, spacious walk in robe. Close to Bintang supermarket (is not where it says it is on the map) room service food was good. Location was good even though it’s not where I thought it was. They said we can get a buggy every time but that was annoying so we just walked.

First thing I didn’t like was that the location was incorrect to what was advertised. second I didn’t like that we had to call up to have a person pick us up each time (which we realised fast we didn’t need to do that) so both those things weren’t a worry anyways but that was first impression. To get into the bath/shower was a little difficult for a short person. Breakfast was average (but other food was good). nothing else I didn’t like.

The location was excellent and within walking distance to the Seminyak market for shopping and eating. The breakfast had a great selection of Indian as well as other menu items to choose from, including a variety of breads, fruits, juices and tea / coffee selection. Each item we tried was excellent, especially the Indian menu. The staff serving the breakfast were very polite and took care of each and every thing, all the items were served hot from the kitchen.

Excellent with few issues.

The villas are amazing. Really big and spacious. The pool was soo big and the outdoor area was sooo serene and peaceful. They have a fully functional Kitchen too which was great.

The location. From the reception you have to always take a buggy to reach your villas which takes very busy and narrow streets. Was quite worried where we will End up. But once you reach the villas they are beautiful. The breakfast could have been better. They don’t provide water bottles but the water dispenser. Had to argue a lot to get water bottles as I wasn’t sure what water was in dispenser.

Wonderful stay in heart of Seminyak

Breakfast has good options and its a good place to go and sit down. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Villas can use a bit of upgrade with revised switches and working TVs. Light on nightstands were placed in such a way that I hit my head a few times while taking out phone from charging. Rest all good

Best of the best villa in Semiyak

Even though The villa was buit pretty long ago but I was amazed and impressed of their customer services. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, and the staff even comes by daily to do mosquito spraying. What really impressed us is that Security team stopped every Grab car entering the villa premises to verify identities by capturing a picture of number plates to preventing scams and make sure that we don't forget our belongings. Their villas are the biggest accommodations you'll find in the Seminyak area, providing ample room for even a baby to crawl around so my baby very enjoyed. The private pool is very clean and clear. My baby accidently drinking some water but she was fine without getting sick. They even offer trusted nannies service who can come directly to our villa to care for my baby which is the best thing I have done. We were incredibly happy and satisfied with every aspect of our stay, from the luxurious accommodations and professional risk management to the consistently friendly staff. I want to send our deeply appreciation to Mr. Agustina - our villa front office manager who helped us a lot during our stay. I would recommend Impiana Private Villas Seminyak to all my friends and family planning a trip to Bali and Impiana will forever be our top choice where I can trust to stay everytime we come to Bali. 10/10 !!!

Ultimate relaxation with beautiful staff

Everything was superb- the villa was more beautiful in person, the pool was clean, the room was spacious with ice cold aircon, extra room to store luggage and get dressed in was super handy! The bathroom was lovely too, and housekeeping comes twice per day. We could not fault our stay. We really enjoyed getting the buggy to breakfast every morning and to the spa. All staff were so friendly and lovely to chat too. I could not fault our stay.
