We stayed at the sunset villas with the 2 bedrooms and a private pool. The rooms are clean, the bed is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I liked the pool, the spacious bathroom and the walking closet. The Indian restaurant next to the hotel is one of the most amazing places to eat. Great atmosphere and very tasty food.
The sunset villas are far from the reception and the restaurant and no walking distance. The traffic is horrible and for a distance from the reception to the villas might take more than 10 minutes. The breakfast buffet for a 5* hotel is somehow poor of choices, also you can order only one dish of the a la carte menu - which is included in the breakfast- but if you want to order something more you have to pay extra. there are not many tables inside the restaurant.

The villa, including the garden and pool, was superb. Housekeeping was consistently good. The shuttle bus was very helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory but could've been better (particularly the buffet options but more importantly the outdoor seating).
Appliances at the villa are aged.

A stunning pool and breathtaking outdoor view; the pool water is beautiful, clean, and warm. The staff and the security were more than great 😍😍they were the best in bali
The rooms are old and the kitchen is not great. The bathroom is open from the ceiling.
