El Mouradi Palace- Couple et Famille uniquement

The welcome received by all the staff within this hotel is fabulous. The service you receive from all the staff is excellent. Nothing is ever too much and you only have to ask if you see something that you need. The food in the hotel was a particular favourite this was because the majority of the food is local Tunisian food and they don't necessarily cater for a British market. Before I went to the hotel I had read online reviews and some of these online reviews are very low I can confirm that I don't understand where some of these reviews came from because I can only say nothing but good things about this hotel.

The only thing that I didn't particularly like was breakfast unless you eat pastries then breakfast is going to be limited yes there are yoghurts and and also an omelet but the omelette is only ever a plane omelette with a small amount of cheese they could look at offering other ingredients honey and mushroom peppers and but all in all the restaurants is very very clean and every other meal and the snacks are fantastic If I'm honest the bedroom look dated, the bathroom are great but the bedroom look a little tired and dated. The gym it could do with air conditioning and the equipment would benefit from being updated, but for a holiday gym it was it was perfectly usable - it just needed air conditioning

There is always a good selection of food at breakfast,the staff are always on hand to help amd are very friendly. The location is perfect with easy access to Hard Rock, Sousse Mall, the port. I find all the staff at El Mouradi Palace are so lovely and friendly and go out of their way to ensure a fantastic stay. The animation team work so hard to get guests involved in a whole range of activities.
