The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the service was outstanding everywhere: in the room, by the pool and on the beach. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, and the amenities were good. It was the attentive service that really set this hotel apart from others on the island.
Prices are excessive. The prices for everything are ridiculous: food, massages, tours. It feels like they were raised just to match the “hotel style,” but charging more for dinner than you would pay in Europe is simply not justified here.

We did NOT stay at this hotel. They charged us one night and were supposed to cancel the remaining days. Please check your records. I hope you didn’t pay them the full amount. I don’t know how else to reach you as I keep getting these reminders.
