Its a good location close to highway and easy access to Florence, breakfast was good, host was welcoming.
Unfortunately images don’t match reality, most likely the webpage images are from 7-10yrs ago when property opened or was refurbished. Currently its in a decadent state, cracks on walls, grass is not well kept, gravel at entrance is lacking with some potholes. Price is too high for what you get, however it has easy access to Florence.

Great location just outside of Florence with easy access via bus. Host was extremely pleasant & helpful. The very detailed information she provided to us for our trip into Florence proved invaluable.
Small issues were very poor water pressure making showering almost non-existent & the poor WiFi service.

if it is raining the whole room will be full of dirt just like your car :-(
