Room was very spacious and there was also a balcony, which I wasn’t expecting. The location is quite central although it still takes 10-15 minutes to get to the old town and the way back is uphill. There’s a good variety of products for breakfast. The private parking is also useful, although there are usually enough parking spaces on the streets nearby.
Overall the structure is a bit outdated. The hotel doesn’t have a 24h reception, although you can always reach the staff over the phone if necessary. The WiFi is not very good.

If you're looking for do-it-yourself accommodation, then this hotel is for you. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well supplied with basic, functional kitchen accessories. Breakfast was pretty good, though not terribly exciting. There was plenty of free garage parking (but be aware that the entrance/exit ramp is VERY tight and steep - not for large cars or timid drivers!).
There was no reception staff on duty at any time during our eight day stay, and several messages sent in advance of our arrival were unanswered. We had to figure out how to turn on the electricity in our room on our own, as no one answered the "help" number provided. There was a clear lack of general cleaning (dust accumulated in the hallways and stairwells) and maintenance (loose bathroom fixtures, broken cabinet doors in the lobby).

Warm, сlean and good location. Very good breakfast included.
Fire alarm at 1am. None from hotel staff were available. All customers didn’t sleep.
