Pem House, apartamento con vistas al mar

Casa grande e spaziosa con cucina molto attrezzata. Posizione perfetta. Emma, eccellente host: attenta, gentile e disponibile!

La amplitud, el equipamiento de la casa, no falta de nada para tener una estancia cómoda. Ademas nos dejaron retrasar la salida el último día.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pem House. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony was a wonderful place to unwind while enjoying the beautiful views. The location was excellent, quiet, yet within walking distance of the old town, restaurants, and shops. The host was kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again.

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. If we could offer one small suggestion, it would simply be to consider having one bedroom with a queen-size bed while keeping the twin beds in the other rooms. Since the property is perfect for families and groups, we think this small addition could also make it even more comfortable and flexible for guests with different needs. Just a friendly suggestion for an already wonderful place.

Das Appartement ist sehr günstig gelegen, gleich am Beginn der autofreien Strasse mit vielen Geschäften und einigen Restaurants. Man kann den Gratisparkplatz gleich gegenüber der Haupstrasse benutzen. Schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und den Hafen mit den riesigen Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut eingerichet, wir haben uns rundum Wohl gefüllt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich

Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, ist ein Geschirrspüler. Vielleich wird dieser bald installiert, die Anschlüsse jedenfalls sind vorhanden.
