The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I'd want for a short stay. The private onsen was clean, easy to access and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to store my bag, check in and check out were easy. The ryokan is a short walk from the station and town center.

Beautifully made up ryokan, great selection of artists beers. If I could i would have tasted them all! I even took the cans home as souvenir 😊
There’s no nearby convenience store and I would have appreciated it if in the automat would have been coffee bottles as well not only beers or water. I had early check out so this would have been useful.

Onsen, room was nice.
Young female staff had a short tone and was downright rude at checkin, tried to brush it off as her being insecure but she was hurtful. Stand your ground and try to not let her affect the stay because everything else is great, some staff were even polite and said hello.
