Room 4 should NOT be rented to people Crack in wash hand basin Crack in toilet/ seat broken The shower and floor area around it was badly in need of repair and painting. Left waiting in reception for over 15 mns with as if I wasn't expected

Great location, walking distance to everything in the town. Lovely friendly host who gave us recommendations for food. A books of walks in the bedroom was really handy if you don't know the area. Very comfortable room. Bottles of water, kettle and supplies to make tea/coffee are so welcome. Appreciate the KitKats too.

The place was spotless but on a personal level I prefer a duvet rather than a bedspread/blanket over the sheet

Soap dispenser broke in the shower, kettle needed descaling, the overall cleanliness was average, the facilities did not meet our expectations based on the cost of it being room only accommodation

Location was superb, quiet but just a 2 min walk from hustle & bustle. Cleanliness was A1 , host very welcoming & comfortable accommodation.

I am being really picky but I do like a breakfast at my accommodation but this would certainly not put me off staying here the next time we travel. Good breakfast cafe less than 4 min walk so not the end of the world

There is no breakfast at this residence but there is tea/coffee and biscuits.. Plenty of places around to get breakfast.. Location was very central in Carlingford.. Wiuld definitely stay again
