Excellent service and spotless rooms. The owner was so kind. She made us feel like family.

The owner was so kind and lovely and went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally forgot something back home. Gave us great suggestions for beach options nearby in Cortina and tips about Jesolo. The hotel was absolutely spotless and very very clean. The room was huge and she offered us the choice of which room we wanted to stay in. You can tell the owner takes great pride in her hotel ensuring her guests have a good stay. There was a decent sized and reasonably priced grocery store right around the corner that had all the essentials as well as a smaller fruit and vegetable store which helped us plan for our breakfast and lunch options. The pizza restaurant next door was a great option for dinner and it was delicious.

Great family hotel in small town, ideal to visit Venezia from.

Perfect spot to get in Venezia... Hotel is quiet, restaurant is good, staff (owners) are just great ! just 3km away from train station where is every hour transport to Venezia direct into historic center. Which is more than great (no stress with parking etc.) This accomodation can i only HIGH recommend ! Allways prefer family business in towns...

A very nice place in the center of a small town. The rooms are quite large and extremely clean. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that there were events taking place directly in front of the hotel on the occasion of the municipal holiday, it was not at all disturbing, even late at night.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, but that was fine as there are some very nice places nearby.

A place to sleep in when passing through

The room was clean, fresh and had all the basic amenities like a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable. The vineyard De Stefani is within walking distance.

The building isn't very sound proofed; you could hear people talking in adjacent rooms. The reception desk is unmanned during siesta hours and doesn't open until 4 PM, which isn't great when arriving early. The hotel has no breakfast option available.

this hotel was perfect for our short stay on the way to the airport. the room was very clean, the staff welcoming, nice and super helpful. the location was perfect for us and the room had everything we needed. beds are the most comfortable ever!

The place was amasing, the staff was extremely kind, and the restaurant above was wonderful. It was absolutely clean, warm, cold, quiet for rest, and Italian beautiful, the man at the reception who ruled the place was so helpful, it will be pleasure to go there back.

Nice, spacious, perfectly clean room, air-conditioned, very nice staff, quiet location with superb pizzeria in immediate distance - in the same building. Not far from highway and not far from Caorle.

A very nice stay

it is a family owned hotel in a small and beautiful Italian town , where they greet each other. the owners are very nice and kind , they always want to help you. the hotel itself is extremely clean and it always smells very nice. the room that we stayed in was spacious and so was the bathroom. although it doesn’t offer breakfast, you have a lot of options around you. in terms of dinner, the restaurant next door offers very good pizza. regarding distances, you are half hour away from the beach and half hour from Venice , so getting around without a car it is not possible.

Owners are very nice and welcoming people, always ready to help. Fossalta is a nice place, with a good position for visiting Venice, Ravena, Aquilea, and of course - the seaside...
