O residencial é bom pela localização e a presença de piscina no local.

Os quartos não tem tomadas, apenas uma tomada no banheiro e uma no quarto para o frigobar. Acho que poderiam melhorar nesse quesito. O box estava vazando e toda vez tínhamos que ficar secando o banheiro. As paredes do quarto estavam metades pintada de tinta e outra metade sem como se estivesse passando por reforma.
