Fiquei apenas um dia na pousada por conta de uma viagem a trabalho, mas a experiência foi excelente. Fui muito bem recebida e o atendimento foi impecável. Toda a equipe é extremamente receptiva, atenciosa e educada.
O quarto é aconchegante, limpo e bem organizado, proporcionando uma estadia muito confortável. Um detalhe especial é o gatinho da pousada, que é muito fofo e tranquilo, tornando o ambiente ainda mais acolhedor.
Com certeza voltarei em breve, desta vez para aproveitar com mais calma todas as belezas de Ilhabela.

Gostei da localização, da aparência dele por fora bem bonitinho, corredores...
Quando chegamos, chegamos tarde já estava tudo certinho para nos receber.
Infelizmente a limpeza estava muito a desejar, tanto da parte externa quanto interna em todos os aspectos.
Fiquei triste porque atendente não sabia me dizer porque na minha reserva o valor era um no booking e lá paguei outro... Mas depois descobri que era uma taxa municipal de 10% que não estava tão clara no Booking.
