Great little room and location.
Comfy and roomy for 1 person as I took the Queen with garden.
Not so much didn't like, was unfortunate it was raining a lot and a downpipe on the building in the garden was not in the proper position, so it was drumming on the plastic bamboo screening.
Double glazed sliding door however helped a lot.

Spacious, comfortable room in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and felt it was great value for the money.
A few areas were slightly dusty and contained hair from previous guests, but it wasn't overly concerning.

Clean and spacious room with a small garden. In a calm area but close to a bus station so you could get anywhere you want, there is a coin laundry facility very close by too which is nice. Staff also forwarded our luggage to Tokyo.
