Un emplacement parfait, dans un lieu calme proche de différents monuments.
La douche inonde la salle de bain malgres les rideaux de douches cela n'est pas très pratique.

If your main priority is being right in the heartbeat of Rome and pay as less as possible, you can't beat this spot. You are literally steps away from everything. It’s perfect if you just need a crash pad for a night or two to drop your bags and explore the city.
I have to give a huge shout-out to the staff. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and understanding about the issues, doing their best to help us out immediately.
Pros:
Incredible location in the touristic center.
Staff is super friendly and accommodating.
Great price for the area.
This place is tiny. It’s essentially a micro-studio. If you have large luggage, you might struggle to open it fully on the floor. The bathroom is also very cramped; the shower is a bit of a challenge to maneuver in without bumping your elbows.
Cons:
Extremely small (not suitable for long stays).
A few wear-and-tear issues with the facilities.

La ubicación del departamento es ideal: a metros de Piazza Navona donde podes comer, a solo unos minutos de la Fontana Di Trevi y El Panteón, y también a unos minutos del Vaticano.
Lo único malo es que está en un 3er piso sin ascensor y que el espacio es muy pequeño. Sin embargo, es cómodo para un par de dias.

La posizione è senz'altro ottima, a due passi da piazza Navona, in una via tranquilla e sicura anche di notte. Personale che gestisce il check in gentile.
Le foto non rendono le reali misure dell'appartamento, piccolissimo. Ma quello a cui non si è preparati è la scala a pioli per raggiungere il letto in un soppalco, scala che va appoggiata davanti alla porta di ingresso e sulla quale bisogna arrampicarsi.
Non c'è spazio per mettere le valigie, se non sacrificando i pochi metri quadrati dell'ingresso/cucina.
Pulizia scarsa. Non ci sono sedie se non due sgabelli molto alti e scomodi
credo che le persone debbano essere adeguatamente informate su cosa troveranno e poi valutare serenamente. Sicuramente la posizione è un grande punto a favore, ma bisogna fare un grande sforzo di adattamento.
