The apartment was adorable and comfortable, just as pictured, and exactly what I wanted for my few days in Rome (including a cooktop for reheating things and a mini fridge). It's in a great location--a very quiet, local, and safe nook of the city but also right between Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona (and with a Carrefour Express a 5-minute walk away). My contact for the property, Roberto, was very patient and accommodating with me. Also, the bed, linens, and pillows felt like clouds!
The only thing was that the water heater took SO long to fully take effect that I was only able to take a comfortable hot shower a couple days into my stay. But I understand that this isn't uncommon in Europe, and there is a heated towel rack in the bathroom which definitely helps.

Great location! Once we found it, it was easy to get back to. Ground level, no stairs which was a plus! The host accommodated us after I forgot to let them know we had an unexpected third guest. However did not provide any extra linens/sheets/towels for the third guest so that was less than satisfying. It was a smaller space for 3 people, which we were okay with. Just wish they had stocked the unit with extra linens and avoided that mishap. Great space otherwise!

Location is amazing. Feels secure/ card for door
Damp. Mouldy. Power goes off when you take key out so change charge devices when go out. Not enough toilet roll (2 rolls for 4 nights). Could do with more towels as no where to wash them. Spare blanket was dirty. Hot water lasts very little time. Very over powering smell. Possibly to cover up smell of damp.
