    Could not have chosen a better place for weekend retreat. The room was clean and comfortable.

    The hotel was really efficiently placed - there's a lot of food options nearby that's open for 24 hours, cafe, a jimjilbang, Seolleung station is a stone's throw away, and COEX Mall is actually walkable without any steep incline. I leave my room and come to it decently cleaned. Not perfect, but definitely a welcome respite from a long day in Seoul. This might be nitpicking but reusable cups would work better than disposable paper cups that's daily refilled; and would add to a more premium feel.

    The hotel and rooms are very simple. It feels as though the management does everything possible to save money. There are better choices.

    Room cramped, some have funky smell - managed to change a room. Substandard service for the price - sheets are cleaned only every 3 days. Cleaner threw my stuff away and hotel side werent helpful and claimed otherwise. Used the laundromat but dryer was broken and we had no clothes for our concert - again same reaction from hotel side, despite managing to help dry it by afternoon in the end, they just stuffed all the clothes into plastic, leaving crumpled mess. All I got after this was a late checkout and breakfast that ended at 9:30 AM, useless for a late riser like me.
