Great views from the balcony, well appointed apartment and well located to beach and all amenities.

Apartment complex situated next to main roundabout in town, so if you're not use to constant traffic noise it is very disruptive for sleeping - it doesn't really stop, constant traffic.

Great location with side views from large balcony of Forster beach and front on views of river and mountains behind. BBQ and large table on balcony. Large apartment, full kitchen and comfortable bed. Was clean and well maintained. Large TV with DVD player and supplied DVD’s or bring your own. Close to Forster Main Street and beach, pool, etc.

Keys (And find the right ones) needed to enter garage & use lift - not a deal breaker just need to get used to. Swipe card would be easier to use. Smoke alarm went off several time because of maintenance work on property. Not a regular occurrence I would think. Maybe a small supply of tea & coffee would be nice. Bit of road noise when sitting on balcony as near main road. Not an issue at night.

VERY central location for our needs, close to beach, shops restaurants and bridge to Tuncurry.

Haven't received security bond back yet (checked out 5 days ago).

The value for money offered by this place was unbeatable, our family enjoyed a very short walk to the beach everyday, and an only slightly longer walk to some lovely cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was large, and the opportunity to sit the family down for meals on the balcony while enjoying a lovely sea breese and views felt like fantastic luxury.

We did have three very minor issues with the property itself. Firstly, the driveway entrance to the underground parking garage is higher at one end than the other, meaning our (admittedly somewhat low) car bottomed out on the top of the kerb when trying to exit. Secondly, the balustrade on the balcony is quite low (under a metre) which made for a bit of nervousness watching our children get too close! Finally, there is a very small step (about 5cm) up into the kitchen, which caused everyone but me to stumble once or twice (don't know how I avoided it - I'm usually a klutz).
