    Great-looking hotel with a nice swimming pool and an impressive gym that includes a sauna. The room was very spacious and clean, and the location was acceptable. Although there was some construction nearby, as is common in many parts of Dubai, hardly any noise was noticeable, so overall it was a very solid stay. One thing to keep in mind is that this property also has a strong party atmosphere, with loud music, nightlife energy, and a design that can echo sound, which may not suit guests looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel.

    Always love my stay in Five. Spacious and clean rooms. Exceptional view. Has a park beside it that you can stroll at night. Restos within walking distance.

    We had a wonderful stay and would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. A special thank you to Khin at the Front Desk, who was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her understanding and willingness to assist us. We would also like to thank Vinod from the Bell Team for his kindness, friendly attitude, and excellent service. He always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Many thanks as well to Amir from Housekeeping for his great work, friendliness, and attention to detail. Overall, every team member we interacted with was courteous, professional, and dedicated to providing a memorable guest experience. The only issue we encountered during our stay was with the air conditioning, which appeared to be a general property-wide issue rather than an isolated problem. However, the hotel handled the situation very well and kindly compensated us with a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.
